- Đơn tố cáo nói thiết bị được giấu trong cuộn giấy vệ sinh, cắm vào cổng USB phía sau TV trong phòng họp và được phát hiện ngày 30/9.
- Phòng họp thường được dùng để bàn về nghiên cứu, kế hoạch sản phẩm và kinh doanh của OpenAI.
- OpenAI cho biết đã sa thải nhân viên này và chưa thấy dấu hiệu ông truy cập hoặc lấy trái phép trọng số mô hình, mã nguồn hay dữ liệu khách hàng.
- Công tố viên cáo buộc ông dùng công cụ nội bộ để tìm thông tin về địa chỉ văn phòng, phòng họp, lịch họp và sức chứa phòng.

**Diễn biến tiếp theo:** Ông dự kiến ra tòa liên bang ngày 19/10 để dự phiên điều trần về việc tạm giam.
