- Freddie Mac ghi nhận lãi suất tăng từ 7,28% lên 7,4% trong tuần công bố ngày 8/10.
- Một khảo sát khác của Hiệp hội Ngân hàng Thế chấp ghi nhận mức 7,49% cho tuần kết thúc ngày 2/10.
- Theo khảo sát của hiệp hội, số hồ sơ xin vay mua nhà giảm 4,2% so với tuần trước, xuống thấp nhất kể từ tháng 2/2025.
