Nhóm 7 nền kinh tế phát triển (G7) thống nhất mở kho dự trữ khẩn cấp để đưa ra thị trường tối đa 100 triệu thùng dầu và diesel, sau nhiều ngày chính quyền Tổng thống Mỹ Donald Trump gây sức ép nhằm hạ nhiệt giá nhiên liệu.
