This section covers the dienbao.com website only. Google Analytics, provided by Google, receives the pages you view, the page that referred you, device and browser information, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. We also use other third-party services to run and measure the site. They may receive technical and usage information such as your IP address, browser details and the pages you view, and they handle it under their own privacy policies.

We keep information only as long as needed for these purposes and to meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it where appropriate. Google Analytics keeps event-level data for no more than 14 months, and aggregated reports may be kept longer. Copies held in provider systems or backups may persist for a limited time before they are overwritten.

You can email us to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. We may need to verify your identity, and some requests may be limited by law. If your local law gives you additional rights, or a way to appeal a decision, email us and we will follow it. We cannot look up or change aggregate data that does not identify you.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no system is perfectly secure. The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

We may update this section. The date above shows the latest version. If a change needs your notice or consent under the law, we will provide it first.

Cookies
